3.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one game77 Account. The opening or maintenance of more than one Account, whether in the same name, household, or device, is strictly prohibited. game77 may immediately suspend all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses upon detection of duplicate accounts.
3.3 KYC Verification. game77 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all Account holders. You agree to provide requested KYC documents — which may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's licence) — promptly upon request. Withdrawals will not be processed on any Account where KYC verification has not been completed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. game77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify game77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.5 game77 reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or close any Account, at its absolute discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 game77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at game77's discretion.
4.2 All Account Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a Player has specifically selected an alternative currency where supported.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, subject to any minimum set by individual payment providers which may be higher.
4.4 game77 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the depositing Account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 game77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
4.6 By depositing funds, you represent that the funds are your own, are not proceeds of any illegal activity, and that you are not attempting to use game77 for money laundering or any other financial crime. game77 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities.
5.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to these Terms, KYC completion, and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
5.2 KYC Requirement. No withdrawal will be processed from any Account where KYC identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed. You are encouraged to complete KYC verification at the time of registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal request is made.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank — within 1–3 business hours; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are indicative and may be exceeded during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.4 game77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, in particular where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's typical wager size, or where automated fraud detection systems have flagged the request for review.
5.5 Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where game77 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the requested funds represent Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements; (b) the Account is subject to an active investigation; or (c) the withdrawal would represent a breach of applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
6.1 game77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount applies.
6.3 game77 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, where such action is required to maintain the integrity of the promotion or the platform.
6.4 Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.

7.1 All games available on game77 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes.
7.2 game77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published for each game and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
7.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, game77's server records shall be the authoritative record of the game state. game77 is not liable for loss of data or wagers arising from events outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

10.3 The game77 name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of game77 and may not be used without prior written consent.
11.1 game77's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the game77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and game77. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
11.2 game77 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and related regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
11.3 game77 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law and our regulatory obligations.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, game77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
12.2 game77's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 game77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. game77 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits game77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 game77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the game77 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
13.2 Your continued use of the game77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using game77 and may close your Account by contacting support.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from the use of game77 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR.
14.3 Complaints Procedure. Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body or court, Players should submit a formal complaint to game77 via live chat or email at [email protected]. game77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 days. Where the matter concerns game fairness, game77 will obtain the relevant certified game logs and provide a written explanation of the outcome.
